I’ve decided to blog using RapidWeaver first and see how frequently I keep it up. I never was one to write a journal so we’ll see how this works.

I’ve been on Vancouver Island for a week now and it has been great. I’ve sold my first piece on ETSY. What a great moment! So exciting! Now I just have to ship my necklace (in its pretty package) to Texas. I’ve been trying to make a piece or two every day. So far I’ve completed 5 necklaces and about 4 pairs of earrings. I hope to keep it up in the coming days.

Today, however, I fell into the technology vortex. Normally I really like the challenge of puzzling through something. I gave it my all today, but sometimes you just need to step back or walk away.

This summer I plan to spend my time getting ready for fall home shows and a one day art show (Art on the Farm, August 15 in Chilliwack, BC).
